Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Eligibility: Orders over $50 USD
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary for international destinations (excluding certain remote areas in Asia).

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our Swiss timepieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be in original, unworn condition with all protective plastics intact
  • Original packaging, documentation, and warranty cards must be included
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Watches with removed/adjusted bracelet links (hygiene reasons)
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Special order or customized timepieces

Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • Prepaid return shipping label (for exchanges or defective items)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully repackage your watch in its original packaging with all protective materials. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return

After receipt, our quality team will inspect your return within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when:

  • Your refund has been processed
  • Your exchange item has been shipped

Refund Information

Exchange Information

  • New item ships after return is received and approved

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
