- Carrier: EMS
- Eligibility: Orders over $50 USD
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our Swiss timepieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be in original, unworn condition with all protective plastics intact
- Original packaging, documentation, and warranty cards must be included
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Watches with removed/adjusted bracelet links (hygiene reasons)
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Special order or customized timepieces
Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed return instructions
- Prepaid return shipping label (for exchanges or defective items)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage your watch in its original packaging with all protective materials. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
After receipt, our quality team will inspect your return within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when:
- Your refund has been processed
- Your exchange item has been shipped

Exchange Information
- New item ships after return is received and approved

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
